Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PeregrineAI platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. Access is provided on a selective basis and may be revoked at any time.

2. Scope of Service

PeregrineAI provides market intelligence, structured signal research, chart analysis, and execution-ready educational and research tools. PeregrineAI does not guarantee profits, returns, execution quality, or trading outcomes. Any trading decision remains the responsibility of the user unless and until a separately governed execution service is formally enabled under explicit terms.

• ▸Surfaces structured signals with explicit entry, stop loss, take-profit, and invalidation context
• ▸Surfaces chart-level intelligence and risk context generated by the Sentinel research pipeline
• ▸Currently human-in-the-loop — live autonomous execution is not enabled on the public platform
• ▸Broker access is offered separately via an Introducing Broker (IB) relationship with Pepperstone

3. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• ▸You may lose all of your trading capital
• ▸Past performance does not guarantee future results
• ▸Algorithmic systems can fail, lag, or produce unexpected output
• ▸Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• ▸Execution conditions are determined entirely by the broker and the market environment
• ▸You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes

4. Eligibility

Use of the platform requires:

• ▸Legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• ▸Compliance with applicable securities, trading, and tax regulations in your jurisdiction
• ▸Sufficient trading experience and risk tolerance to act on structured signals at your own discretion

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you are responsible for:

• ▸Maintaining secure access credentials
• ▸Reviewing market intelligence and signals before acting on them
• ▸Maintaining adequate capital and margin with your broker
• ▸Compliance with broker terms and regulatory requirements
• ▸All trading decisions and their consequences

6. No Guarantees

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding profitability, uptime, signal accuracy, or platform availability. Historical methodology disclosures are for transparency only and do not constitute predictions or promises of future performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peregrine AI Capital is not liable for trading losses, platform interruptions, data breaches, or any damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all risks.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access at any time without notice. You may stop using the platform at any time. All open positions and pending orders held with your broker remain your responsibility regardless of platform access.

9. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to class action proceedings.
