Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license credentials and any trading accounts connected to Peregrine. You accept full responsibility for all activity under your license.
No Warranty: Peregrine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Peregrine.
Refund Policy: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Annual licenses include a 30-day evaluation period. Refunds are never provided based on trading performance or market conditions.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms, software features, and pricing at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.
